Before joining
Applies to published campaigns within their registration period. Check the network, reward asset, reward per person, places, start and end times, and all tasks first.
- Sign in and link a wallet for the reward network.
- Check your receiving wallet, then join. Each account can have only one active registration.
- Complete the tasks and verify them before the deadline. Confirm that all requirements are met.
- View distribution results and payment progress on the detail page.
Two distribution methods
| Method | How rewards are awarded | Things to check |
|---|---|---|
| First come, first served | Places are allocated in qualification order after verification, then added to the payout queue. | Joining early does not mean qualifying early. Places may be filled before you finish the tasks. |
| Raffle | After the deadline, eligible candidates are drawn without replacement according to their weights, and the results are saved. | Eligibility or a higher weight does not guarantee winning. A candidate cannot win twice. |
The raffle may wait for verifications already in progress before the deadline. Settlement waits at most 24 hours after the deadline; this does not extend registration or task completion. Frozen results are not redrawn on refresh or background retry.
Raffle weight
Eligible participants have a base weight of 1. A qualifying Fomo identity adds 1. Eligible regular friends and eligible new-user friends each add weight by count, capped at 10 per group. Ineligible participants have weight 0. Friend eligibility and final counts depend on verification and the frozen campaign snapshot.
Example: an eligible participant with a qualifying Fomo identity and friend counts of 2 and 3 has weight 1 + 1 + 2 + 3 = 7. Weight is not a winning percentage; the odds also depend on other candidates and available places.
Automatic payouts and receipt status
After allocation, the system automatically pays the wallet fixed at registration. You do not submit a claim transaction. Queued, broadcast, awaiting confirmation, and received are different stages; check the confirmation status and transaction link.
The reward wallet needs separate funds for network fees. Native-coin reward principal does not pay network fees. Unpaid winning amounts remain reserved and are not refunded as unallocated rewards.
FAQ
Why has my winning reward not arrived? It may be queued, awaiting finality, or affected by insufficient network fees or transfer restrictions. Check the payment status. If the result is uncertain, the service keeps checking the same transaction; this does not mean you lost.
Does passing verification guarantee a reward? First come, first served campaigns still depend on available places; raffles require waiting for the draw.
