Understand reward custody, publication requirements, and how unallocated funds are handled.

Configure campaign
For signed-in creators with a wallet on the relevant network. See the creation page for available networks and current fixed service fees. New orders cannot be created on disabled networks.
- Enter campaign details, choose a raffle or first come, first served, and set a future start, deadline, and number of places.
- Choose the reward asset and check the reward per person and total budget. Native coins, standard ERC-20 tokens, and qualifying SPL assets are supported.
- Add tasks and check prerequisite bindings and target configuration.
- Save the campaign, then check the order and payment details.
Pay rewards and the service fee separately
Transfer rewards to the platform reward wallet and the service fee to the address specified by the order. Prepare network fees for both payment transactions. The service fee is not part of the reward pool.
- Transfer using the order's specified network, asset, payer wallet, and receiving address.
- Submit the reward and service-fee transaction hashes separately. Wait for finality and verification of the received amounts.
- Confirm both amounts have been fully received, then publish before the start time.
The system verifies the payer, receiving address, asset, amount, and unique transfer proof. EVM deposits accept direct native-coin transfers or standard token transfers. Unmatched transactions are not automatically treated as successful payments.
Changes to fees or receiving configuration do not rewrite existing orders. A “Sent” status or a closed wallet popup does not mean the system has confirmed receipt.
Cancellation and refunds

Closed drafts can still register reward deposits confirmed late; the system adds refunds accordingly. Refunds go to the order's payer address, and completion requires final confirmation.
FAQ
What if I paid but missed the start time? The campaign can no longer be published. Close it and wait for the reward refund; do not pay again to try to bypass the time limit.
Why is a token rejected as a reward? Transfer taxes, altered transfer behavior, or restrictions may prevent verification. Later freezes or behavior changes may also cause payment errors. The page does not label failed payments as received.
